When described where we are we've been asked about the post code which we provided, but apparently it was not in the computer even though one of their drivers brought us there... And the person on the phone told us that the company is ran by computers not people so they can't take us back home because they didn't recognize the post code.... LOL !!!!! Anyways the person who was on the phone on Saturday 24 Feb was not too helpful at all! Shame, considering we were using them for a quite some time now....

Taxi They couldn't find my house so we agreed a location i waited for 20 minutes after the arranged time. I called the firm again!! The operator to say that they had rung my phone (which they hadn't) so I waited a further 10 minutes to find out they had given it to someone else. So the operator sent another taxi when I got in he asked for 50pounds up front, which I had no issues with, but after canceling this taxi and getting one from millers taxi no upfront fee asked and the journey altogether totalled 30pound!!

Great service. I've been using them regularly for years and never been disappointed. They always have drivers around so when you book a taxi it's there in few minutes. Drivers are polite and friendly. Good rates as well..they don't overcharge and they don't have those ridiculous tariffs at night or weekend. Also if you mention you have kids and you need to carry a stroller or if you are disabled they will send you a minivan or a vehicle for your needs rather than letting you struggle fitting in whatever car that's nearby. All in all brilliant service.
