Got my nails done here today and had a fab experience. One of my nails was half broken and the lady was able to fix my nail. Its very clean in here and I felt very comfortable. Everyone is really friendly!

Visited the salon on the 6th February 2025 and had a really pleasant experience. I came away LOVING my nails and had high expectations due to having a great experience at the Shudehill branch in Manchester. I would 100% recommend people to visit this salon and as someone who has visited around 20 different salons, the M1 Nails branches are incredible. Always be polite to your artists as some people were quite rude, and the staff remained polite and professional. Thank you (my nails are a bit funky as they are for a dance competition, but just like the picture I provided that I wanted)

I showed the lady a photo of the nails i wanted from their own instagram (so theyve done it before) and im very disappointed with the results as theyre just not the same. I wanted a cat eye chrome style and it seems like shes just put glitter on my nails and called it a day. The atmosphere also wasnt great and staff werent as friendly as so many reviews have suggested. And also it was pricier than i am used to and I dont think its worth it, Ive had nails done cheaper that look so much better. I also wasnt told the price until after despite asking before hand. Ive added photos of my inspiration and what i got (they didnt have any cross charms left and i wanted almond instead) but the nails just arent the same design.
