Very nice beer and good prices served by appreciative man. Quite a unique looking pub I thought quite cozy with music channel and jukebox to liven it up a bit. I was attracted by its haunted reputation and thought I did detect an unusual atmosphere when I visited the toilet.

Great place, I went in for the second time ever and its changed alot. Gone is the dark dingy look, its fresh and the food was lovely and fresh. We had the 2 burger and 2 pint deal, cant fault it and will be definitely going back to try the Sunday roast. Best of luck to the new landlady and team. Kris

After quite a while, I went in here tonight with my partner, we were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming door man, who explained that we needed to sign in, and explained the social distancing rules of the pub. We were served by very friendly staff who poured perfect pints. I would definatly recommend this pub for a quit drink or a group gathering! 5*
