Ordered 2 fish and chips with a gravy an hour and half ago still not here?!?!?!? Robbed us for our money as they are just refusing to anserr the phone or update my Oder status?!?!?

Sadly we had the worst experience last night from this chippy the food took over an hour and a half to come to us and when it did finally get there when we opened it up it looked like this anyone fancy a chip?

Delivery was fast no issues there. We ordered fish and chips with mushy peas and when it came there was such a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from the peas which also tasted of cigarettes. We had already covered our fish with them so the whole meal was ruined. Not sure what happened but we wont be ordering again unfortunately
