Fit Forward

What customers say

• Joined Fit Forward as part of the 4 week Fit Dad programme after seeing an advert online. The sessions have been challenging but really enjoyable and both the coaches and members are welcoming and supportive. I’m doing things I’d never have the confidence to attempt in a commercial gym and my weight and body fat percentage are already dropping. Now that the programme is finished I’ve had a 1-1 check in with Andrew and we’ve agreed on a new set of goals to keep me accountable. The app is really easy to use and lets you see the class timetable and book your sessions in advance, which is really handy. I’d recommend this place to anybody regardless of ability level.

• I wish I’d found this gym sooner! After moving back to Preston 2.5 years ago I’ve been hopping around gyms trying to find something similar to how I trained in the past. Fit Forward is exactly what I was after. The programmed group workouts take the planning out of it, you just turn up and work through the class. The workouts are scalable to match your ability and can work around any injuries or niggles. There’s a good welcoming and motivating atmosphere in the gym, from both the coaches and other members. You can also get help and advice on nutrition to help towards whatever your goal may be.

• Andrew has changed my life! His feedback and guidance is so accurate and meaningful it means you can see the changes gradually, but consistently. He's honest and encouraging. Hes given me the tips I need to do little things every singke day that have a big impact over time. The gym is phenomenal and the other gym goers are also so supportive everyone is on their own journey and always cheering each other on. Nothing but admiration and gratitude for Andrew and the team, thanks for your patience with me!
