Fulwood Opticians

What customers say

• My husband needed to see an optometrist because his HGV medical is due. I’m so glad he chose this store, what a warm welcome! Justine was very thorough, explained everything in simple terms and easy to understand. Whilst I was waiting, Anita assisted me with finding two new pairs of glasses for myself, which I was desperate for because my glasses aren’t comfortable and I don’t fancy any of the frames at Specsavers . She invited me back for a fitting and these were ordered. She managed to find a very light weight pair of diving glasses for my husband, and we are both really grateful for the very positive, professional and friendly experience.

• All the staff at Fulwood Opticians are fantastic. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. From me this means a great deal as I don't relish any sort of fussing with my eyes. The courteous and friendly atmosphere supports the feeling that your health is important. The facilities are modern and relaxing. The choice of products is wide and of a very high quality. There is nothing that is too much trouble, from booking appointments to the actual eye test to advice with choosing and fitting glasses. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thank you.

• The Fulwood practice have been my opticians for a number of years and although staff have changes they are always cheerful, helpful and knowledgable. Consultations are just that and discussions are open and informative. Help with choosing any change of glasses, which I am not good at, is always relaxed and unpressured. All in all an excellent service.
