The Groom Room Preston Docks

What customers say

• Alex and Kayleigh are the best! My puppy comes for a weekly bath and brush to keep him feeling fresh and to help with him feeling anxious around grooming at home. They both make pup and me so comfortable, welcome and relaxed and I always know he's in great hands. Both Alex and Kayleigh always go the extra mile to pamper him and I LOVE coming to collect him and seeing him happily playing and cuddling with his groomers. Can't wait to see him after his full groom in January! 1st pic is his fluffy highness after his groom and 2nd is his happy face when we go up to the Groom Room! Can't thank you enough ❤️❤️❤️

• We are trying to get our dog used to having her nails trimmed by a groomer as we struggle at home with her. The staff have always been great and cannot fault them, the service provided is limited. We need nail cutting and paw fur trimmed however for some reason there is only 1 member of staff working on a Saturday and they are unable to do much else other than cut nails. Surely a Saturday would be busy/busier if more pampering and grooming activities could be done

• Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, my dog was well looked after and comfortable. Her cut is beautiful no problems at all. Staff will listen to your preferences and dogs needs
