What customers say

Steve worked miracles to fix my heels. He didn’t have the heels in store and was unable to order them, however, he managed to make new heels himself and fix them on perfectly! I am absolutely over the moon with the service received today and would 10000% recommend to everyone!
Steve was absolutely amazing!! I brought my watch in for links taken out, he did the job within minutes. Very very impressed! Brilliant customer service 10/10 :)
Steve was lovely, efficient and helpful. But when I'd collected my shoes, they had also been unexpectedly polished!! I'd give more stars if I could:) thank you
