• Couldn’t recommend this gym enough. The moment you walk in you’re greeted by the staff and members of the gym. The coaching was superb, going through the workout of the day while making sure everyone has an option to give it their all. The members were really supportive, even while I was completing a qualifier workout on my own they rallied to help encourage me to get those extra reps. The gym itself is well equipped and looked after for everything you could need. • The staff and members are genuinely friendly and relaxed, yet still completely focused on getting the most out of every session. I hadn’t realised how well CrossFit is scaled, every workout is adapted to your level, so you always get a challenging and personalised session. I'm new to this way of working out, but everyone there is friendly and supportive and I've already learned so much. I joined after a friend’s recommendation and, at first, felt a bit intimidated by the stripped-back set-up compared to a high street gym. But that feeling didn’t last long, the place has such a positive energy. Highly recommend.

• Fantastic crossfit gym, friendly and welcoming environment. Work outs are planned in advance and scaled for different abilities. Everyone gets a good work regardless of where they are on their own fitness journey. Each class is different and its exceptional value for money. There are classes throughout the day: crossfit, sweat, wellness and free gym time to practice. First class starts at 6am and classes on to the evening.
