What customers say

• My wife was invited for an induction after one of her friends had highly recommended this new gym. I went with her for an induction to see the space and was very impressed and welcomed warmly by Emma and her partner, Lewis. After only one class, my wife expressed how satisfied she was and that there’s a sense of family among all the women there too, not just fitness. On her behalf I’m sharing that after a month now she is extremely happy with her results so far and is loving having a new friendship group to train and be motivated with! Thank you Emma and Lewis, keep doing what you’re doing and there will be plenty more success stories to come for you across the community!

• I have been a member of Valkyrie Fitness since the 30th March and I love it! Its a female only gym, the coaches Emma, Angela and Chloe are supportive and encouraging and push you to be your best. They also have tonnes of knowledge and their experience means they can support ladies through any injuries and there are always alternatives! The gym is small so has a more personal touch. Easy booking system for classes via an app where you can also view the workout you will be doing. I always feel safe and welcomed into the space by the coaches and the other members. Great place and great people. Highly recommend!

• I would highly recommend Valkyrie gym if you want to start your fitness and nutrition journey. Coach Emma trained many of the members at a different gym and it’s an absolute credit to her that we all had no hesitation in joining her. The encouragement and support from Emma and the ladies ( now friends) is amazing. My physical and mental health are so much better. I enjoy it so much I look forward to going to each session and feel such a sense of accomplishment every time. It’s the BEST gym ever!! I love it !!
